Occupational Therapist We are looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide medical support to our clients in their homes. Full time Per visit (90-120 K yearly) Part time/ PRN options available Paid Time OffMedical Insurance Dental Insurance Visit patients in their homes for one-on-one visits Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients Assess patients conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review Administer medication as prescribed by the patients physician Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patients quality of life Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals Graduate of an accredited Occupational therapy Program Current state license as an Occupational Therapist Proof of current CPR certification Compassionate, friendly demeanor Excellent communication skills Current drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally Absolute Healthcare Resources is a provider of home health care services and we serve the cities and counties within and surrounding Fairfax, Virginia.
