Senior Revenue Analyst - Global Law Firm

Key Responsibilities: Support the monthly forecasting process and provide daily updates to the global billing team on progress toward monthly goals. Review outstanding balance reports for reporting compliance, and flag client/matter items that need follow-up or additional information. Lead monthly reviews with billing stakeholders to address outstanding balances, tracking next steps and status updates through resolution. Assist with the billing and collections escalation process, communicating and escalating issues as needed. Handle multiple complex analysis projects and respond to inquiries and requests from department management. Provide guidance and support to teams across the firm, building strong working relationships. Identify and communicate training and coaching needs across the department, while continuing to build your knowledge of client accounting procedures.
