Global Tax Strategy Director

Colonial Group is seeking a Director of International Tax Strategy to design and govern the company’s global tax strategy for rapid international growth, under a very low tax risk tolerance. This in‑house leader will oversee income tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing while protecting ESOP structures and ensuring audit‑defensible positions. The role partners with the CFO and executive leadership, serving as the primary advisor on international tax matters and governance.
