What You'll Do:
- Encourage independence while teaching valuable life skills
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and daily routines
- Take participants into the community for fun activities and appointments
- Build genuine friendships and positive relationships
- Support personal goals and celebrate achievements
- Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and respect
- Complete daily documentation

Available Shifts Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ($16-19/hour)
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM ($16-19/hour)
Overnight Sleep Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM ($12/hour) Weekend Pay Differential Available Services are provided in participants' homes and throughout the community.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete required documentation
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living
- Strong observation and documentation skills
- Meet employment and health requirements Experience is a plus-but not required! If you have a caring heart and a positive attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
