Duties & Responsibilities: Own and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, delivering a high-touch, relationship-driven wealth management experience. Lead business development and revenue growth initiatives through strategic networking, client referrals, Centers of Influence (COIs), professional partnerships, and targeted market outreach. Build and expand a strong referral network and strategic relationships to increase brand awareness, market penetration, client acquisition, and organic growth. Develop and execute territory and market strategies focused on new client acquisition, asset growth, relationship expansion, and long-term client retention. Manage and track business development pipelines, sales activity, client retention metrics, and key growth indicators, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship leader, partnering with Portfolio Management, Financial Planning, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions. Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships through cross-functional collaboration, additional planning services, investment solutions, and holistic financial strategies. Cultivate executive-level relationships with clients, prospects, professional partners, and key Centers of Influence to generate sustainable business opportunities. Maintain accurate and timely CRM activity, including prospect pipelines, client interactions, relationship plans, follow-ups, and business development workflows. Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities, community initiatives, and client engagement activities to strengthen the firm's market presence and expand its professional network. Stay current on wealth management trends, financial markets, regulatory developments, investment strategies, and industry best practices to effectively advise clients and identify emerging opportunities. Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and professional development to Wealth Advisors and other team members, helping drive a high-performance and collaborative culture. Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives, client experience strategies, and business development programs aligned with the firm's long-term objectives. Champion a culture of client excellence, accountability, collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, client engagement strategies, and advisor capabilities to support scalable growth. Lead and contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives and special projects that advance revenue growth, client retention, advisor development, and overall firm performance. Perform additional leadership responsibilities as needed to support the firm's strategic objectives and continued growth. Summary of
Qualifications: The successful candidate will bring a strong academic foundation and significant experience within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of building client relationships and driving business growth. A CFP designation and expertise in investment, financial planning, and risk management are highly valued. This position requires a confident communicator and strategic thinker who demonstrates strong leadership, sound judgment, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motived, collaborative, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office is expected.
