Compliance & Risk Lead for Fintech Infrastructure

A8 Core in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a senior Compliance lead to build and own the risk program across the platform. You will define onboarding, screening, and monitoring controls for clients, own the prohibited policy, and collaborate with Engineering to capture the evidentiary record required by regulators and partners. You will drive audits, regulatory exams, and due-diligence activities, ensuring the program remains current with evolving rules and business needs.
