INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

Duties: HelpResponsible for cost, scheduling, and performance in all phases of the assigned programs to include requirements definition, development, testing, qualification, acquisition, fielding, and sustainment. Establishes program technical parameters and associated budget estimates and manages program execution within authorizations. Serves as a technical leader, providing technical direction to a group of positions (core, matrix, and contractor personnel), which involve various areas of systems engineering and international expertise. Serves as principal representative at high-level conferences and meetings with agency heads and representatives outside the agency.
