Senior AV Specialist We are seeking a Senior AV Specialist with 6–8 years of corporate AV experience to provide high-quality, onsite support for enterprise conference rooms, executive meeting spaces, and collaboration environments. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage AV support, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver a white-glove experience for business leaders and stakeholders. Provide day-to-day onsite AV support for corporate conference rooms and executive meeting spaces Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems for meetings, presentations, and hybrid collaboration sessions Support video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Web ExConfigure, operate, and troubleshoot AV control systems such as Crestron and Extron Deliver white-glove AV support for executives and high-visibility meetings Serve as the primary point of contact for AV incidents during meetings and events Proactively identify and resolve AV issues to minimize downtime Partner with IT, facilities, and workplace services teams to ensure consistent AV performance Document room configurations, known issues, and resolution steps Provide limited after-hours or on-call support as required for critical meetings Fully onsite corporate office environment High interaction with executives and business leaders Occasional after-hours support for critical meetings or events Moderate lifting of AV equipment as needed What you will bring to the team:
