CashierCashiers are often the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in delivering a great experience. Promptly greet guests and thank them as they leave Explain menu items, answer questions and communicate current promotions Accurately enter and complete guest orders Accept payments and operate the point-of-sale system Assemble, package and present guest orders accurately Maintain a clean and welcoming dining room, counter and beverage area Stock paper goods, condiments, utensils and beverages Provide friendly, accurate service with a sense of urgency CookCooks create a great guest experience by consistently preparing and serving quality food in a timely manner. Prepare, cook and assemble menu items according to Zaxby's standards Safely operate food-preparation and cooking equipment Follow recipes, portioning requirements and food-safety procedures Maintain product quality, freshness and proper holding temperatures Receive, organize and stock inventory Keep kitchen, equipment and storage areas clean and organized Inform restaurant leadership of inventory and equipment needs Complete guest orders accurately and with a sense of urgency Physical and Work Requirements Team Members must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
