About Lauren B Jewelry: Lauren B Jewelry is one of the country's leading independent luxury jewelry brands, specializing in custom engagement rings and fine jewelry. As a founder-led business, we combine craftsmanship, technology, and a highly personalized client experience while continuing to expand into new initiatives, product categories, and markets. We're looking for an experienced operational leader to partner directly with executive leadership and help build the next chapter of Lauren B Jewelry.
About the Role: This is a senior leadership position for someone who enjoys building systems, creating accountability, and turning ideas into execution. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive cross-functional execution throughout the company while improving the systems and processes that support our continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, driving projects across multiple departments, and creating structure within a fast-moving entrepreneurial business. You will not simply manage existing processes—you will help improve how the company operates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Company-Wide Operations
  • Drive execution across major company initiatives
  • Ensure projects move forward on time and to a high standard
  • Create accountability across departments and outside vendors
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks
  • Continuously improve internal processes and workflows
  • Technology & Systems
  • Partner with internal teams and outside developers on CRM (LB.NET), website, e-commerce, and digital initiatives
  • Oversee implementation of new functionality and operational improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional technology projects
  • Help drive adoption of new systems and workflows throughout the organization
  • Operational Leadership
  • Work closely with department heads to improve communication, accountability, and execution
  • Establish effective reporting structures and operating rhythms across departments
  • Develop scalable systems and procedures as the company grows
  • Support onboarding, operational policies, and internal process improvements
  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership
  • Lead and coordinate initiatives spanning multiple areas of the business, including:
Operations TechnologyWebsite & E-commerce InventoryProductionCustomer Experience Ensure initiatives remain aligned with company priorities and move successfully from concept through execution.
What Success Looks Like: Within your first year, you will:
  • Become a trusted operational partner to executive leadership and department heads
  • Ensure major company initiatives consistently move from concept to completion
  • Improve communication, reporting, and accountability across departments
  • Reduce the amount of day-to-day operational coordination required from senior leadership
  • Build scalable operating systems that support the company's continued growth
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys making organizations run better.
