Orders, Shipping & Fulfillment Specialist

What You’ll Do: • Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy.• Create a premium unboxing experience using our signature packaging — ribbons, tissue, tags, and all.• Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms like Ship Station or Easyship.• Print labels and process shipments via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, etc.• Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be).

What You Need: Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc.).Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done.”Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal. Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required).Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
