Regional Sales Director

Base Salary: $150,000 |First-Year OTE:$275,000+The Opportunity We are partnering with a publicly traded medical device company seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a network of independent 1099 sales representatives across a four-state territory. This role focuses on driving sales of an innovative home-use medical device for the treatment of migraines through the Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare system.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of medical device sales leadership experience. Extensive VA sales experience, specifically working directly with VA Prosthetics Departments. Strong understanding of the VA purchasing and approval process for home-use medical devices. Proven success managing sales teams and driving revenue growth. Experience managing 1099 sales representatives preferred. Must reside in Texas and be willing to travel throughout the region.

Compensation & Benefits: $150,000 base salary $275,000 first-year OTE, with significant additional earning potential for exceeding sales targets.
