They're looking for aBuilding Automation & Controls Managerto provide technical leadership for BAS strategy, HVAC controls optimization, cybersecurity initiatives, and system standardization across more than 50 facilities. Enterprise-level ownership of BAS and controls strategy across a large multi-site portfolio Leadership and development of a team of Building Systems Engineers Significant influence on facility performance, energy optimization, and future construction projects Opportunity to establish standards, drive modernization efforts, and shape long-term controls initiatives Strong company stability, growth, and investment in facilities infrastructure The ideal background includes: Building Automation Systems expertise with hands-on programming experience Strong HVAC controls knowledge Experience supporting multiple facilities or large-scale operations Leadership, mentoring, or engineering team management experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
