Head of People Operations & HR Strategy

Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced Manager of HR to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team. This role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and company culture while partnering with leadership to achieve business goals. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, implement HR strategies, ensure labor-law compliance, administer compensation and benefits, and drive data-driven HR reporting.
