About the Role: We are looking for an Experienced Chimney Technician with a sales background to join our high-performing team. If you know the trade, excel at communicating with homeowners, building trust, and closing high-value projects, this is a massive income opportunity. We run a high-volume operation providing 5 to 8 solid leads per day. You bring the field experience and sales drive; we provide the setup, backend support, and steady work to keep your pipeline full year-round.

What You Will Do: Conduct comprehensive visual chimney inspections using our custom in-house inspection and estimating app. Perform chimney sweeps, diagnostics, and repairs. Quote and close projects on-site, including chimney repairs, rebuilds, gas fireplaces, wood stoves, masonry work, and more. Work closely with our dedicated Production Team, who handles project management, scheduling, and execution. What We Provide Company Vehicle & Equipment: Fully equipped setup provided. Requirements: Direct Chimney Experience (Required): Hands-on background in chimney sweeps, inspections, masonry, wood stoves, and gas fireplaces (if you have experience in only part of the mentioned above, we'll teach you the rest).Strong Sales Focus: Proven track record of evaluating jobs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Work Ethic: Comfortable working long days during the busy season to maximize high lead volume and earning potential. Valid Driver’s License. Comfortable working on roofs, operating ladders, and navigating tight spaces.
