Plant Manager

What You'll Do: As our Plant Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership for our Phenix City manufacturing facility while supporting the continued growth of our Montgomery operation through collaboration and leadership. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience Automotive manufacturing experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred) Experience leading multiple functional departments Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Experience managing customer relationships, audits, and executive-level meetings Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
