Senior EHS Manager [SM-15227]

The Role: Lead site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with plant leadership and employees to strengthen safety culture and accountability. Oversee programs including LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, material handling, incident investigations, and risk assessments. Provide leadership to two EHS direct reports Oversee environmental programs including wastewater treatment, anaerobic digesters, and sustainability initiatives. Balance approximately 50% plant-floor engagement with 50% administrative responsibilities. The Candidate:5+ years of EHS experience minimum in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong EHS leadership experience with a track record of driving cultural change and accountability. Hands-on plant-floor experience with strong health and safety expertise and some environmental knowledge. Experience with LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, material handling, and incident prevention. Beverage, food manufacturing, or high-speed canning experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence employees and leaders at all levels.
