Muscle Shoals - Fixed Ops Support Staff - Full Time

Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and connect them with the appropriate department or team member. Provide customer shuttle transportation and assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery. Help ensure service areas are clean, safe, organized, and ready for business. Scan, organize, and properly file completed documents to support accurate recordkeeping. Assist fixed operations departments with a variety of daily tasks and special projects. Deliver exceptional service and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers. Work both indoors and outdoors while adapting to a range of weather conditions. Contribute to a team-focused environment where reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to help are valued.

Qualifications: Dependable, punctual, and eager to step in wherever support is needed. Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working as part of a team and interacting with customers throughout the day. General maintenance experience is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Pay: $14 per hour
