Health Sciences Retention & Success Coach

St. Louis Community College is seeking a Health Sciences Retention Coach to provide student-facing services at Florissant Valley and Wildwood campuses. The role focuses on removing barriers to persistence and graduation in allied health programs through inclusive, trauma-informed advising and progress monitoring. The Coach collaborates with faculty, staff, employers and clinical partners to align experiences with career pathways, support accreditation efforts, and participate in recruitment and
