Robert Operator, 2nd Shift

Essential Responsibilities: Review work orders and shop drawings to confirm dimensions and material availability Set up workstations, fixtures, and robotic welding equipment Perform dry runs on initial pieces to verify accuracy Operate the robotic welding system to complete production jobs Inspect completed work and sign off on operations

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Basic math skills and experience using measuring tools Familiarity with robotic welding equipment Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs unassisted

Work Environment: Typical machine shop environment Willingness to work additional hours as needed Willingness to be cross trained on multiple machines
