Responsibilities: Develop and configure IdentityNow connectors for integrating with various applications. Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).Create and manage workflows, rules, and provisioning policies. Troubleshoot and optimize existing IAM solutions. Conduct system audits and generate compliance reports.

Required Technical Skillset: SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ.Knowledge of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and PowerShell scripting. Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and OpenID protocols. Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR).
