Junior Sales Specialist - $17-$20/hr + Commission+ Paid Benefits

Salary Range: $17.00 To $20.00 Hourly

What You'll Do: As a Junior Sales Specialist, you'll work directly with customers while learning our products and sales process. Your responsibilities will include: Greet customers and help create a welcoming showroom experience Test pool and spa water and help customers choose the right treatment solutions Sell chemicals, accessories, and wellness products Answer customer questions in person and over the phone Learn about hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and other wellness products Assist customers on the sales floor when Sales Representatives are helping other customers Support promotions and in-store events Help maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked showroom Develop the product knowledge and sales skills needed to advance into a Sales Representative position Work across multiple Treasure Valley locations as needed Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy talking with and helping people Have a positive, professional attitude Are dependable and motivated to learn Have strong communication skills Are comfortable using basic computer programs Can learn product information and confidently make recommendations Have customer service or retail experience — preferred, but not required Have sales experience — a plus, but not required Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Are comfortable working at multiple Treasure Valley locations as business needs require A Real Opportunity to Grow We believe in promoting from within.
