Production Lead Worker - Bowling Green

Production Supervisor Help oversee daily production and packing operations. Direct, motivate, and support team members throughout the shift. Ensure employees are working safely, efficiently, and meeting production expectations. Monitor product quality, packing accuracy, productivity, and workflow. Communicate production needs, staffing concerns, and issues to supervisors and management. Help train new employees and reinforce proper procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment. Must be dependable, comfortable taking initiative, and able to lead by example. Previous warehouse, production, food packing, or leadership experience preferred. Must be comfortable working in a 34F refrigerated environment for extended periods. Must have open availability and be willing and able to work long shifts and extended hours, averaging approximately 5090 hours per week depending on production needs.
