LocumJobsOnline seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical settings via nationwide locum tenens assignments. Partner with a collaborative, service-oriented team to assess patients, develop anesthesia plans, administer anesthesia, and manage perioperative care while ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with clinical standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment focused on improving access to care and supporting providers. Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and patient histories Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) safely Monitor, evaluate, and document patients’ intraoperative status and responses Manage airway, hemodynamics, and pain control throughout perioperative period Provide post-anesthesia evaluation, orders, and transition of care documentation Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practices Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and anesthesia workflows Maintain accurate medical records and timely documentation for each assignment Anesthesia administration Regional anesthesia techniques Airway management Hemodynamic monitoring Pre-anesthesia assessment Post-anesthesia care Pharmacology of anesthetic agents Pain management Patient safety and crisis management Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Unrestricted RN license Unrestricted APRN license Current NBCRNA certification BLS certification ACLS certification PALS certification DEA registration (as required)
