Development Services Director — County Growth & Planning

The Yankton County Sheriff is seeking a Development Services Director to oversee county operations and land use policies. Candidates must have a minimum of ten years in public sector administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include coordinating budget preparation, managing zoning regulations, and supervising staff. This role requires effective communication and project management skills along with a valid Driver's License. A Certified Flood Plain Manager designation is preferred within two years.
