Mayer Brown seeks a Knowledge Management Lawyer/Counsel (US M&A/PE) for its New York or Chicago office. You will build and maintain market-leading legal resources and drive adoption of AI tools to enhance client service. We value a JD with at least 6 years in US M&A practice at an AmLaw 100 firm, strong drafting and research skills, and the ability to translate practice workflows into scalable knowledge solutions.
