Your Responsibilities:
Conduct professional in-home sales consultations Keep Canvas™ calendar up to date for scheduling Keep calendar up to date for scheduling Promptly upload all sales documentation to Canvas™Complete initial Designer Training and meet certification requirements Possess basic computer skills and have access to a laptop Your Training/Support Complete 8 hours of initial Designer Training on products, sales techniques, and Canvas™ software Obtain a Designer Kit with samples and materials for creating solutions Receive personalized business cards Your Commitment$300 deposit for Designer Kit, refundable after your 10th sale or upon kit return Complete 5 practice appointments Achieve one self-generated sale before taking on pre-set Art of Drawers appointments Your Compensation Earn up to 15% in sales commissions, with average earnings of $80 to $120 per hour based on performance Additional bonus incentives available for meeting or exceeding sales targets
