Housing Stability Coordinator

Abode Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to deliver housing services to individuals experiencing homelessness. You will develop individualized housing plans, coordinate referrals, and connect participants with financial, legal, and supportive services to advance housing stability. Responsibilities include working with landlords, collaborating with partner agencies, maintaining accurate records, and meeting participants where they are to create pathways to permanent housing.
