BCBA Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTsDesign, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes Review session notes and clinical reports Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality
Qualifications: Master’s degree required Active BCBA certificationLBA required Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
