Are you passionate about the beauty industry, love connecting with people, and thrive in a sales-driven environment? European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in training Guest Service Associates. Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong sales and guest service skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

QualificationsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
