Freshworks is seeking a Sr/Vice President of Corporate Communications to own the global narrative across earned media, executive communications, social channels, and emerging AI surfaces. You will lead a high-impact team, partner with the C-suite, and shape strategy that drives growth and trust. You will build a differentiated market position, translate complex product stories for IT leaders, and guide proactive issues management while aligning with brand and product marketing across US, APAC,
