Production Control Customer Fulfillment and Inventory Integrity

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations Process customer fulfillment orders with precision, verifying order accuracy and coordinating shipment logistics Communicate with customers shipment details Analyze inventory data and production metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions Maintain organized records and documentation related to production control, inventory transactions, and fulfillment activities Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and timely order fulfillment Generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and fulfillment performance for management review Support the implementation and optimization of inventory management systems and processes Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all operational activities

Qualifications: REQUIRED:Proven experience in inventory management, production control, or supply chain operations Proficiency with inventory management systems, MES and ERP software, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and fulfillment processes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Capability to multitask and prioritize competing demandsPREFERRED:Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software
