Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary ranging from $40,268 to $67,500, based on experience. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for an uncapped performance-based incentive plan, with average earnings of up to $27,300 annually. Top performers who consistently exceed goals can earn up to an additional $75,000 annually above their base salary.5% bilingual differential available for qualified candidates. Schedule Training Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona Time Adjusts with Daylight Saving Time Post-Training Monday-Friday shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM Arizona Time Rotating schedules 1 out of every 4 Saturdays:7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Arizona Time Paid at overtime rate

What You'll Be Doing: Handle inbound calls from customers seeking insurance coverage Generate quotes and sell insurance policies Educate customers on coverage and pricing options Cross-sell and upsell additional products Build rapport and provide excellent customer service Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a seamless customer experience Make outbound calls when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities Required Fully licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C)Minimum 1 year of sales experience Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and performance metrics Strong closing and influencing skills Excellent communication skills Ability to explain complex coverage information in simple terms Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills Stable work history with demonstrated longevity Desire to build a long-term career in insurance Preferred Backgrounds Insurance salesUSAA experience Chubb experience Inbound sales Inside sales
