Remote Staff Accountant: Month-End & Reconciliations

RethinkFirst is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. This role focuses on day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and maintaining GAAP-compliant records. Remote-friendly with Georgia-based flexibility and collaboration with senior management. The ideal candidate holds an accounting or finance degree with 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with Sage Intacct, supporting a high-performance, mission-driven culture.
