Surface Mount Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:15pm to 12:45am)Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment to support efficient electronic component production. Load materials, components, and reels into machines and replenish supplies as needed throughout the shift. Perform in-process inspections to verify product quality and identify defects or production issues. Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly. Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Surface Mount Operator Qualifications:
Must be available to train on the first shift for two weeks. Previous machine operator experience required Ability to follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods, handle small components, and perform detailed visual inspections. High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
