We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a high-visibility global brand acquisition and integration initiative within a major Professional Products organization. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, scope, budget, documentation, governance activities, and stakeholder communication across a complex enterprise environment.
Pay Rate Range: $45-50/HR on W2Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end project plans and system implementation workstreams Building and maintaining timelines within ServiceNow (or compatible project management tools) Partnering with Global and U.S. stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Data, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Retail Systems, eCommerce, Consumer Data, and Omnichannel teams Identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and providing executive-level status reporting Supporting governance processes and leadership approval checkpoints across Global, Zone, and Local organizations Developing presentations and project updates for senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong IT Project Management experience
  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience, including timeline management and demand/ticket creation
  • Experience leading or supporting systems implementation projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams in a global environment
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
