Clinical Scope Including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment. Support Staff1 Hyg 2 DAsRequirementsActive New York dental license Active DEA with all schedulesCSR if required by the state Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
