Apply for this role →Roofing Company Production Project Manager West Coast Precision Roofing Location: Glendale, CA / Greater Los Angeles Area Reports to: Owner Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 DOE + company vehicle, cell phone, and computer About the Role: We are a growing residential and commercial roofing company doing approximately $5 M in annual revenue with strong plans to scale. We are hiring a Production Project Manager who will own day-to-day production operations. This person will be responsible for running jobs profitably, leading crews, maintaining high quality and safety standards, and communicating clearly with clients and the internal team. The right candidate will take full ownership of production while working alongside our existing project manager (who will handle delegated projects under your direction).
Key Responsibilities:
Own all production scheduling, crew assignments, material coordination, and job timelinesProtect and improve job profitability through strong planning, change-order management, waste control, and real-time cost trackingLead and develop field crews; maintain high standards for quality, safety, and professionalismCommunicate clearly and proactively with homeowners, commercial clients, sales, and office staffDelegate appropriate projects to the existing project manager and provide oversightConduct job site visits, quality checks, and final walkthroughsIdentify and resolve production issues quickly to keep jobs on schedule and on budgetSupport the company's growth into more commercial work What We're Looking For: RequiredProven experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar role in roofing or constructionTrack record of running multiple jobs profitablyStrong leadership and crew management skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to take ownership and operate with minimal supervisionValid driver's license and clean driving recordPreferredRoofing-specific experience (residential and/or commercial) Experience with job costing and production softwareBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusExperience scaling production in a growing companyWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary ($80k–$120k based on experience) Company vehicleCell phone and computerOpportunity to play a key leadership role as the company growsPerformance-based upside as we scale Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
