Senior Director, Paid Social - Remote-First Leader

Darkroom is seeking a Senior Director of Paid Social to own strategy, performance, and health of the practice. You will lead a team of Associate Directors, Paid Social Managers, and Specialists, and partner with other leaders to optimize outcomes across Darkroom's client portfolio. The ideal candidate is an expert in Meta direct response advertising, with a record of scaling ad accounts beyond $1M USD per month and building scalable organizations.
