Job Description: This full-time on-site Montessori Guide role is based in Fate, TX. The Montessori Guide will prepare and maintain a carefully organized classroom environment that supports independent learning and exploration for Toddler, Preschool, and Kindergarten learners. Daily responsibilities include presenting Montessori lessons, observing each learner’s progress, and adjusting materials and activities to meet individual needs. The Guide will document learner growth, and collaborate with colleagues to align with school-wide educational goals. Additional duties include ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom, participating in professional development, and meetings.
