Assembly - Jasper

Shift: 1st 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay Rate: Starting at $17ph

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret shop drawings and assembly instructions quickly and furniture and public space materials, including fitting drawers, doors, and moldings to and fit coverings on cases or components as needed. Adjust and repair minor defects such as dents or scratches to ensure a high-quality finish. Install and repair hardware components when required. Maintain accuracy and efficiency when assembling parts to prevent damage and ensure quality output. Safely operate and maintain all tools and equipment required for assembly tasks.

Qualifications: Proven experience in furniture assembly, cabinetry, or similar manufacturing environments. Ability to read and work from technical drawings or blueprints. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship with an eye for quality. Familiarity with common hand and power tools used in assembly work.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or stoop for extended periods. Must regularly lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Capable of using hands and arms to handle tools, parts, and materials with precision.
