The Collections Specialist will report to the Collections Supervisor and is responsible for the collections process for all delinquent balances. In addition to the referral process to external collection agencies, the Collections Specialist is responsible for facilitating contracts related to internally managed settlements and extended payment terms. Once fully trained, there is an opportunity for a HYBRID schedule.
