Director, Data

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develops and executes the enterprise data warehouse strategy, data governance framework, and data architecture roadmap to support business needs Ensures successful integration of new data platforms with existing systems and infrastructure Collaborates with internal teams to build and maintain data pipelines from source systems to analytic platforms Provides expertise and strategic direction on core data governance principles, including data integrity, security, continuity, and ongoing maintenance Leads the Data Warehouse, MDM, and PIM teams, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight Partners with the Value Chain and Data Reporting and Analytics teams to ensure data quality and security standards are met Evaluates emerging technologies and advises on the capability of systems to deliver business information Oversees the design, development, implementation, and auditing of data warehouses to ensure quality control Works with business stakeholders to identify and document candidate data sources, databases, and attributes that enhance the data warehouseWHO YOU ARE:Proven ability to establish a vision, set goals, develop strategies, and measure outcomes Strong leadership and team-building skills across both technical and business communities Ability to manage large-scale projects while mentoring team members and driving results Successfully manages competing priorities by quickly assessing impact, repivoting as needed, and ensuring critical work continues to move forward Skilled at building consensus across business and technical teams throughout all project phases Strong technical background with experience translating complex business requirements into functional specifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of associates Ability to lead time-sensitive, business-critical initiativesWHAT YOU'LL HAVE:10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on data strategy, data analysis, data security, data warehouses Possession of excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and proactive skills
