RBT Career Path Program A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally. Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level
Position Details
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PMHours vary based on client needs and scheduling
  • Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
  • Hours are not guaranteed
Start Date:
  • Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check
  • Make an Impact Every DayProvide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
  • Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
  • Collect and record data to track client progress
  • Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
  • Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
  • Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
  • Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
  • Passion for helping children and families
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
