Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Schedule: 30-40 hours/week Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 Position Overview We are currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages. The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated, patient-centered treatment.

Key Responsibilities: Provide primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Perform preventive screenings, immunizations, and wellness assessments. Provide women's health services, including Pap smears, IUD procedures, and Nexplanon, as clinically qualified. Coordinate referrals and follow-up care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC.Follow clinical protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Active, unrestricted California medical license. Board certification in Family Medicine. Current DEA registration and PALS certification. Ability to obtain required hospital privileges and complete HRSA credentialing. Commitment to community healthcare and patient-centered care.

Preferred: Approximately 2 years of Family Medicine or primary care experience; qualified new graduates may be considered. FQHC or community health experience. Spanish-speaking ability. Experience with women's health procedures and chronic disease management.
