Night Auditor Hotel Front Desk

What You’ll Do: Greet and assist guests during overnight hours Check guests in and out using the hotel PMS system Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally Process payments and ensure accurate guest account records Complete nightly audit and balance hotel financial transactions Prepare and review daily reports for accuracy Monitor the front desk, lobby, and hotel areas during overnight hours Make reservations and update guest information as needed Assist with security and respond appropriately to overnight guest needs Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment

Requirements: 1+ year of hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working independently during overnight hours Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and transactions Ability to handle guest concerns and stressful situations professionally Basic computer skills; experience with hotel PMS systems a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Must be available for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays Reliable attendance and transportation required
