Contracts Associate

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Manage contract lifecycle and documentation Develop and review contract-related materials Assist in accounts receivable collections Process vendor invoices and documentation Maintain metrics on contract activities Support monthly invoicing for Government and Commercial Customers Reconcile accounts efficiently Support pricing tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience: 1-2 years of contracts/invoicing/accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines effectively Excellent oral and written communication skills
