Job Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Staff Recruiter to source qualified candidates for full-time accounting and finance opportunities at all levels throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines and developing long-term relationships with professionals in the local market. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their recruiting career in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment. The position is hybrid and based in our Canonsburg, Pennsylvania office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified accounting and finance professionals across the Greater Pittsburgh region using a variety of recruiting tools and platforms
- Review resumes and assess candidates’ experience, technical qualifications, career goals, and fit for full-time opportunities across all levels
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates and build strong relationships
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future accounting and finance openings
- Partner with team members to understand client needs, prioritize open searches, and present qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, activity, and notes in the applicant tracking system
- Provide a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects Pinnacle’s values and relationship-focused approach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Recruiting, sourcing, staffing, sales, or other relationship-based experience preferred
- Knowledge of accounting and finance roles and terminology is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment and commuting to the Canonsburg, Pennsylvania office as scheduled
