Temp Maintenance Supervisor, Property Services

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community level. You will supervise maintenance staff and vendors, ensure service requests are fulfilled promptly, and maintain high safety and quality standards across units and common areas. The role requires EPA/CPO certification, HVAC knowledge is a plus, and the ability to manage inventory and preventative maintenance programs.
