Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis

Schedule: 3x12 hour day shifts: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM. Every other weekend required. On-call required on Sundays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Assignment Details: 36 hours per week. Float required as needed. Contract length available through February 2027.

Requirements: BLS certification required. CDN or CNN preferred. ACLS preferred.2 years of acute hemodialysis experience required.1st time travelers accepted. Recent experience with Fresenius equipment for hemodialysis and Baxter equipment for peritoneal dialysis preferred. Competence in cycler, CAPD, and obtaining PD fluid samples is required for night shift RNs.

Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Assist with the treatment of patients on ventilators and those requiring titratable IV drips. Monitor patients for complications and intervene as necessary. Participate in unit support tasks as assigned based on census levels. Work as part of a team during both routine operations and emergency situations.
